Journal
$0For anyone who wants to check the record first.
- Every closed trade, losses included
- Refusal notes: why the trade was skipped
- The week ahead and the ORION Score
- The 1R calculator and a journal template
A public trade journal where the size of the loss is known before entry, is identical in every trade, and stays on the record when the trade fails.
Every trade as one row, time-stamped. The result is counted in R — units of risk won or lost — not in percent. Percentages can be drawn; R is visible from the stop.
| Asset | Context | Geometry | Stop | Target | Ratio | Risk | Status |
|---|
Posted before the outcome: entry, target, adds and stop. Results are marked from exchange candles, and closed trades stay in the feed — winners and stop-outs alike. This is not the R Journal: the target here is closer than the stop, so results are in percent from the first entry.

The order never changes. We join in the direction of strength and against confirmed weakness — on closed candles only, with confirmation, and no blind limit orders. If any step answers “no”, there is no trade — and that refusal goes into the journal too.
Buys only from a buy zone on the higher timeframe — a liquidity pocket where other traders’ stops have already been taken. Context is 60–70 % of the trade. No zone, no further look.
On the lower timeframe: a false break of the low on a volume spike — a spring. If price was falling into it, we wait for a test: a candle against the move on falling volume. Entry is on the first candle that resumes the rise.
The stop sits beyond the signal extreme plus a 10–20 % buffer; risk is never above 5 % of the account, with no leverage. The target is no closer than two stops, and beyond that runs to the liquidity above. At the first R we take half off and move the stop to breakeven. Levels are not moved after entry.
The stop is computed exactly as in the method: distance from entry to the signal extreme plus a 10–20 % buffer. Pre-filled with the LINK trade from the chart above.
The method is boring by design. Better to find that out now than a month into a subscription.
The journal shows a trade after it closes. The desk shows it at entry — with stop, size and target. What is sold is time, not information.

The price rises as the journal grows. Yours stays where it started for as long as the subscription runs.
The Stop-First method, nine modules. With a mentor — $899.
Our own quantitative engine. It does not hand out entries — it answers what kind of market you are entering. All seven components and their weights are visible.

No. What is public are closed trades and post-mortems: why the entry was there and what would have invalidated the idea. Inside the desk a trade is posted at entry, but as an entry in the author’s own journal — not an instruction to buy anything.
A percentage of the account chosen in advance, identical in every trade and never above 5%. For example, 2% of a $10,000 account is $200. A trade that returns +3R made $600; a stop-out loses −1R, that is $200.
No more than two or three trades are open at once, and their combined risk never exceeds 5% of the account. If the drawdown for a calendar month reaches 20%, trading stops until the mistakes are reviewed.
The journal started on 19 August 2026 and holds five trades — too few to mean anything. Losses will come: with targets no closer than 1 : 2 the method stays profitable as long as more than one trade in three works. Each losing trade appears under the “Losses only” tab and is never removed.
